Loreto Grammar School is an 11-18 Roman Catholic Grammar School for Girls with Academy status located in Altrincham, in the Borough of Trafford. It is a thriving, successful and over-subscribed school, judged as “Outstanding” by Ofsted in September 2022 and by the Diocese of Shrewsbury. Loreto is a happy place to work.
The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a Pastoral Manager. This is a new and important role in supporting the welfare and safeguarding of students in years 7 to 11. Experience of working with young people is essential as is the ability to build trust. Dealing sensitively with people and recognising and implementing methods to deal with a range of needs is important. The successful candidate will join the established and supportive Loreto community and be expected to commit to the ethos and values of the school.
