Based at London Gatwick, an exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Passenger Service Agent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an excellent level of customer service, assisting with greeting and passenger documentation.
- Check-in and processing of passenger boarding cards and bag tags.
- Board and process customers at the boarding gate.
- Responsible for following strict safety and security regulations
- Assist customers to ensure a smooth journey through the airport
Required skills:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A high standard of literacy and numeracy
- Ability to be able to work varied start and finish times to cover a busy 24 hour operation
- Able to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Strong IT skills and previous experience of check-in systems advantageous
