Are you an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor looking for the next great opportunity? We will be very interested in hearing from you, as we are currently looking for a Parts Supervisor to join our successful Toyota Dealership Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
- Ordering of parts
- Stock management
- Liaising with Customers, Technicians, Management and other colleagues
- Mentoring other Team Members and assisting the Parts Manager
- Upselling of services and products
- Becoming a product expect
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- The Ideal candidate will have experience in a Parts Advisor role within a Dealership/Retail environment
- Experienced in using Parts Catalogues and Drive (Kerridge), CDK (or similar)
DESIRED SKILLS
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build a strong rapport with both customers and colleagues
- Computer Literate
- Systematic, highly organised with a keen eye for detail
Hours of work are 44.5 per week, Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning.
