Service & Parts Counter Associate

Our Parts Associate must recognize that they are an important and prominent face of our business and must pride themselves in their work. We are looking for someone who can work independently but who can also be a team player when needed and someone who takes pride in keeping the business in order. This position requires someone who is experienced & knowledgeable with parts & heavy equipment. All other applicants need not apply. (NO PHONE CALLS)

Requirements:
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A YEAR OF PARTS DEPARTMENT SALES, BE KNOWLEDGABLE WITH THE MECHANICS OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT, AND MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AS A TEAM PLAYER WITH THE ROANOKE LOCATION. CANDIDATE MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH HOW TO LOOK UP PARTS FOR CUSTOMERS AND HOW TO CORRECTLY OPEN AND CLOSE INVOICES. CANDIDATE MUST ALSO BE ABLE TO TAKE GOOD NOTES & STAY ALERT

About the Job:
- On job training provided.
- Maintaining stock. Entering received stock into our business system.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with our employees at our Virginia location. Stock may be need to be transferred from one location to the other.
- Upkeep with our business location. Ensuring it is clean and nice for when our customers come in.
