Inchcape Norwich is looking for a Parts Driver.

Your role

As a Driver, you will deliver an incredible customer service experience to all you meet, whether internal or external customers. The main role of a Driver is to collect /deliver parts within time limits and promote the Retail Centre and its services. Our Drivers are our Brand Ambassadors, reflecting the brand image and standards in everything they do.

Main Responsibilities

• Collecting and delivering parts on time
• Promoting the aftersales and sales department to create additional sales opportunities.
• Determine with Parts Manager what parts need delivering and collecting
• Greet our partners upon meeting for collection/delivery of parts
• Check parts complete damage reports
• Ensure payment method is agreed and captured
• Help keep the department organised and tidy

Your profile

• To be a success in this role, you will have
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• IT literacy
• Incredible customer service skills
• The ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• A friendly persona
• A full UK Driving License
