Parts Delivery Driver
Stephen James BMW is looking for an experienced delivery driver to join its aftersales team to deliver and collect Parts. If you are proactive and enjoy exceeding customer expectations, then this is a great opportunity to develop your career with one of the world’s most admired automotive brands.
Your role
As a Delivery Driver representing BMW and MINI, the interaction you have with all our customers plays an important role in their experience and perception of Stephen James. You will be responsible for delivering ordered parts to trade customers and bodyshops. Route planning is a key aspect of this role, and you should be able to prioritise deliveries based upon customer needs, and the most efficient route possible.
The main duties of the role include:
- Provide an efficient collection and delivery service of parts to and from agreed suppliers and Service Centres
- Loading and unloading vehicle parts efficiently and safely
- Provide high levels of customer service at all times.
- Ensure secure collection of payment and to supply invoices at time of delivery.
- Assist with stock take and keeping warehouse tidy and organised.
- Treat all customers and suppliers in a courteous manner and to always promote the professional image of the Company.
Your profile
- Customer focused with good communication skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good geographical knowledge of London and surrounding counties and have good time management and route planning skills
- Must be comfortable lifting and carrying up to 20kg
- Previous experience in a in a delivery driver role would be desirable
- Must be eligible to work in the UK and have a valid clean UK Driving Licence for a minimum of 1 year and be confident driving a transit size vehicle.

Salary and Hours
Basic Salary £25,272 + potential additional bonus £2,400 per annum
Working hours, Monday-Friday 8am – 6pm
