Full Job Description:
Fill and assist parts inquiries and orders for service technicians
Help answer phone calls regarding parts inquiries from retail/wholesale customers
Special order tracking & follow up
Prepare and document all outgoing shipments.
Keep track of inventory and report any discrepancies.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Have strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
Verifies "will call" and "back-order" files weekly and return to vendors, or re-stocks items not required
Follows up with charge customers when payments are due.
Valid and current driver's license.
Ability to start ASAP preferred
Qualification:
Knowledge of product & mechanical, electrical and body parts is required.
Excellent telephone and customer service ability is required Computer skills are required.
CDK software Knowledge preferred but not necessary
