Sales Part Advisor required for our client based in Leeds after a recent upturn in work. You will be working for a company that are very well known within the automotive industry.
Scope of Role:
- Providing our existing customer base with excellent customer service and delivering their daily product requirements via Telephone
- Ensure we offer high quality customer service day in day out
- Supply products are right first time.
- Communicate our fantastic offers / promotions to our customer network
- Work closely with the logistics department to ensure all parts are delivered when they are needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Able to commute to branch
- Be part of the team that represents our company and maintain our high standards
Skills & Experience:
- Be an excellent team player with a desire to succeed
- 2 Years Motor Factor Sales Experience [Minimum]
- Computer literate and ideally possess basic IT Skills
- Ideally experience with MAM software (or similar) & OE cataloguing sites
- Excellent communication skills even when under pressure
- Passion to deliver top class customer service
- Numeracy and literacy
- Professional Manner
- A smart personal appearance
