ASOS Partner Fulfilment Programme The ASOS Partner Fulfilment programme is a gateway for ASOS Partner Brands to sell their inventory directly to ASOS customers. The programme’s aim is to improve the ASOS customer experience by providing improved size availability and more choice within the current brand portfolio as well as onboarding 100’s of locally relevant brands in key markets globally. We have an ambitious target for the programme to make up 5% of total ASOS GMV by 2025
The Team:
The Partnerships team sits within the Partner Brands Product division, with this role reporting into the Partnerships Merchandise Planner.
The Role:
As Assistant Partnerships Planner you will be responsible for providing analytical and planning support to the Partnerships Merchandise Planner, and the wider cross functional team.
Working closely with the Partnerships Merchandise Planner, you will help to drive day to day analysis of trade performance and support with department planning processes. You will need to work externally with our partner brands, as well as collaborating internally across multiple functions including Finance, Merch Planning & B&M alongside the Partner Programmes Business Development and Account Management teams.

What you’ll be doing:
- Forecasting and tracking Partner Fulfils sales plans
- Responsible for day to day trade reporting, monitoring department performances and identifying risks and opportunities
- Support B&M teams with PF trading and planning exercises
- Working closely with the Account Management teams to support with data and insights
- Participating in department and account trade meetings
- Providing Partnerships Merchandise Planner and Head of Partnerships Management with analytical support to enable strategic decision making
- Use initiative to identify adhoc analysis requirements and opportunities
- Challenging existing planning & analytical approaches to refine and streamline processes
- Analysis and recommendations on right size of Width option offer
- Proven experience in Merchandising/Planning in a Fashion Retail business
- Commercial approach to data insights
- Experience in planning sales forecasts and maintaining sales trackers
- The confidence to manage or own a brand or category, including participating in trade meetings with external partners
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build relationships internally and externally at all levels
- Ability to work and collaborate cross-functionally to drive business results
- Strong organisational skills, able to use initiative to manage own workload against business priorities
- Able to use Excel to an intermediate level
