Following significant investment into our tech, we're on a mission to become SaaS leaders in early careers. Our decisions are backed by powerful AI machine learning and our proprietary data tool, enabling us to serve our members and partner firms more efficiently. We're looking for a Partner Success Manager to join the Partner Success team, who will be helping to drive this project forward.

More about the opportunity:

As a Partner Success Manager at Bright Network, you will be responsible for a portfolio of partner firms offering them proactive, intelligent, and data-informed solutions to a range of attraction challenges.

In this role, you can expect to work across three core areas;

  • Marketing – Executing and optimising partner campaigns, monitoring performance, spotting trends, and informing long-term strategy.
  • Partnerships – Take the lead on your own portfolio of partner firms where you'll build great relationships that lead to partnership renewal.
  • Product – Work to ensure your portfolio of partner firms make optimal use of our propriety platforms from onboarding through to delivery and final ROI reporting.

Specifically, you will:

  • Use your project management and marketing skills to develop and implement targeted campaigns
  • Utilising our propriety advertising platform to become a product expert, demo'ing new features in the tool to clients to help them achieve objectives and optimise their marketing inventory – tracking against metrics such as client retention rate, spend uplift and client usage
  • Track industry trends and monitor campaigns closely as they unfold, taking learnings into future activity to ensure optimal campaign results
  • Build strong relationships with your own portfolio of partner firms to ensure retention and renewal. You'll also work closely with our Commercial function in defining the client's desired campaign objectives to deliver required results
  • Support clients in their navigation of the platform's self-serve tools, making sure their experience with Bright Network is seamless
  • Work closely with our Technology function, taking the lead on capturing market intelligence and feedback to help inform product roadmap and our long-term partner strategy and user journey

Does this sound like you?

  • You are a creative individual and have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a relationship management role with a track record of delivering excellent results for clients – a plus if you've worked in a SAAS environment or in a Customer Success role previously
  • You can implement bespoke strategies based on data to meet objectives and expertly advise clients in a commercial landscape to drive exceptional results
  • You're adaptive and a fast learner with a curious mindset
  • You're highly organised with a clear attention to detail and you pride yourself on your excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • You're a self-starter who is full of drive and determination, as well as the energy and resilience to bounce back
  • You're keen to work as part of a collaborative team, where you'll have the opportunity to learn from those around you – but you're also confident operating independently
  • You feel passionately about Bright Network's mission to connect the next generation with the opportunities, insights, and advice to succeed as the workforce of tomorrow

We can offer you:

  • A high-growth and rapidly scaling business (we recently secured £3.5 million in funding)
