Salary: £19,666.83 - £20,746.75 inclusive of 2.5% enhancement (FTE salary £21,884.89 - £23,086.61 inclusive of 2.5% enhancement)
Hours: 33.25 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

About the role
InFocus supports a large number of young people aged between 16 and 35, with complex sensory, physical and emotional needs, making our setting truly unique and rewarding. We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to provide care and support to our young people within their residential accommodation at InFocus. You’ll form part of the waking night support team to provide exceptional care, health and therapy to our young people throughout the night when required.
We will support you every step of the way by providing an excellent, well designed induction programme, this will include training to help you get off to the best start, by ensuring you fully understand your role and the part you play in the wider organisation. We offer many opportunities for personal development, and if you haven’t already obtained a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent, we will fund and support you in the enrolment and training of this qualification.

Working Pattern
This post is part time, working 22:00 – 08:00, 33.25 hours per week on a two-week rolling rota.
