We are an award-winning luxury hybrid real estate agency in Central London, selling high-end developments in some of the most sought-after areas of the city. Our clients expect the very best, and we are committed to delivering exceptional service to them.
We are currently looking for a Part-time/Flexitime Viewing Agent to join our team. As a Viewing Agent, you will be responsible for showing properties to potential buyers and providing them with excellent customer service. You will be working on the weekends and occasionally on ad hoc weekdays.
The successful candidate will be a highly personable, proactive, and reliable individual with excellent communication skills, both face to face and over the phone. You must have a proven track record of dealing with high-net-worth individuals and be incredibly consultative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting viewings of our high-end properties in Central London
- Providing excellent customer service to potential buyers
- Building and maintaining strong and positive relationships with new home-owners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Requirements:
- You should be able to start as soon as possible
- Well-presented with exceptional people skills
- Experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals
- Exceptional communication skills, both face to face and over the phone
- Ability to conduct viewings virtually
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Local area knowledge of Central London
- Experience in the real estate industry is desirable but not essential
Salary: £20 per hour + Bonus on completed transactions
