You'll join us as a Part-time Support Worker in Worcester doing a minimum of 20 hours per week,

You will be supporting three wonderful men to live the way they choose. Jake loves to be in the kitchen helping to prepare food - he's a keen chef. George appreciates attending his day centre and all the activities that take place there. Jamie is an avid train spotter and bus enthusiast.
What they all have in common is a brilliant sense of humour and a love of their favourite TV shows, whether that's chuckling over Mrs Brown or cheering on their favourite Strictly Stars.
What they need from you is to be enthusiastic, fun and come up with fun and exciting activities whilst being patient and an eager learner. They also want you to be encouraging, reassuring and clear while communicating. Your colleagues will tell you it's a very rewarding job where no two days are the same.
We also have Relief roles available if you need extra flexibility.

About you

Training and Development
At Macintyre we fully support your training and development. We know it can be daunting to start a new job, and not everyone learns the same way, so throughout your probation we will provide you with a mixture of eLearning, face-to-face training and mentoring support whilst on the job.
