Admin support for the Skelmersdale manufacturing site:
- Employees personal & garment locker allocation & management of lockers.
- Front office storage, mailbox & desk key management.
- Organising & facilitating site based front line employee (FLE) recruitment events.
- Organising & facilitating FLE & levelled staff new starter inductions.
- Support in organising site visits & events including family days & team days.
- Support in administering the WOW smiles site reward & recognition program & Northern Soul savers program
- Ability to flex working days to absence cover Manufacturing Support administrator & site reception
- Customer centric, close teamwork with the Manufacturing Support administrator & site reception team.
- Set-up of senior team meeting agendas.
- Sourcing & purchasing adhoc items e.g. office equipment etc.
- Provision & maintenance of shared use laptops & desktop PCs.
- Site administration + set-up & site support of shared use tablets.
- Site TV comms administration.
Qualifications:
The successful incumbent needs to be strong in these areas:
- Interpersonal skill
- Communication: especially written and oral
- Administration skill
- Influencing across all levels
- Liaison across site
- Attention to detail - a methodical approach to work with high attention to detail
- Ability to organise work load, prioritise tasks and deal with a number of projects taking place simultaneously
- Strong PC skills in all Microsoft office packages
- TMS and MyBuy systems knowledge/experience – Advantageous but not essential.
