JOB DESCRIPTION
Hours: Part Time
This role is based within Holland Park School, Airlie Gardens, London, W8 7AF
Main purpose of the role
To ensure a smooth and daily operation of the school shop. Responsible for managing a team, providing the highest level of customer service.
Primary Responsibilities
To ensure that the shop achieves high standards in all areas, including exterior, shopfloor and stock areas.- Ensure all transfers are completed smoothly.
- Responsible for ensuring all back order spreadsheets are completed accurately and customers are notified accordingly.
- Settle all complaints in line with company guidelines
- Answer the telephone, to take customer orders or answer queries.
- Process web-orders
- Put sales through the till and cash up at the end of the day.
- Put through refunds for faulty goods and returns
Knowledge/Skills
- In depth knowledge of the uniform and sportswear requirements for the school
- Microsoft office
