Souvenirs upon Tyne / UpSide Down Presents are looking for you!? Ready to be trained to be a shop keeper?
The small independent shop located just near the Quayside at the bottom of Grey/Dean St is offering a truly unique opportunity for the right willing “can do” and “will do” candidate.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, relatively flexible, hard-working, conscientious, confident and most importantly customer-focused and personable individual.
People of all ages (16+) are welcome to apply, and no extensive retail experience is necessary, just a willingness to learn and a superb attitude. We are a diverse and fully inclusive company.
Probation: There will be an initial 4 week trial period.
Pay: National Minimum Wage with realistic chance for progression based on performance. Statutory Holiday Entitlement.
Expect at least 12 hours per week, with ample opportunity to work more when mutually agreed.
We can work around college and university commitments. Majority of shifts will be weekends.
