French Sole has 4 shops: Vancouver; London: Floral Street, Kings Road and Marylebone Lane, sells online at www.frenchsole.com and sells to the wholesale market worldwide.
Job Description:
- Custodian of the brand, acting as the face of French Sole in our stores.
- Driving sales individually and working with other team members to achieve and exceed store targets.
- Delivering exceptional levels of customer service and ensuring that customer service standards are upheld within the store.
- Must be reliable and able to help with stock deliveries, store upkeep and paperwork.
- Ensure that you have up to date knowledge of all the products, press and marketing including online.
- Developing and expanding our customer’s database; aiming to be the top seller in the store.
- Possess excellent communication and administration skills.
- Have ability to take responsibility and ownership of your work.
- Deputise for the Assistant Manager in their absence in all aspects of their role.
- Be able to work on a rota basis including weekends and bank holidays.
- Have enthusiasm, energy and determination to achieve results.
Any other duties as reasonably requested.
