This is a permanent part-time role working 22.5 hours per week Monday to Friday in Croydon supporting our customers to move on to independent living. In the role you will:
- Identify appropriate move on routes for all customers and provide practical support and guidance to help customers move on positively from the service.
- Work closely with the service team and local authority colleagues to ensure that an effective resettlement service is provided to customers.
These roles are a key part of our Resettlement Team providing this important service to our customers in Croydon.

This highly rewarding role requires you to support our customers in finding suitable move on accommodation from supported accommodation in our Croydon services the majority of which are in the town centre and accessible on foot. Please see the full role profile for further information.
About You
As well as having experience of supporting vulnerable people to achieve independent living, you must have a clear understanding of why people become homeless, and the needs and challenges they face.
You will be required to take on a caseload of customers, with responsibility to promote a variety of move on options in a variety of methods to customers including one to one contact, work shop sessions or drop-ins.
You will be part of a dedicated and supportive team, and so will need to demonstrate a positive and inclusive approach. You must be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and be competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications.

Salary £16,520 per annum or £14 per hour
