We have an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join our expanding team. The role will entail working at a clinic reception desk and being the first point of contact for our clients.

This involves greeting clients, dealing with any queries that are presented, taking payments following treatments and booking appointments. It also entails answering calls and emails from clients, prospective clients, third parties and insurance companies regarding appointment bookings, treatment quotations and invoices, as well as general tasks such as dealing with post, therapist diary management, managing petty cash, ordering supplies and ensuring the clinic is kept clean and tidy will be involved. On occasion, you may also be asked to provide ad hoc administrative support to the office manager and Physio.co.uk directors.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate must have the following:

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs grade 4-9 (including 6 or above in maths and English) or, three A-levels or equivalent level 2/3 qualification
  • Experience using computers
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)
  • Experience of sending emails
  • Experience dealing with customers
  • Experience handling responsibility

Shifts Patterns:

Weekdays – 17:00 – 20:00

Weekends – 08:00 – 17:00

This position will be based in both of our Liverpool clinics - Rodney Street and Speke.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
