Part Time Receptionist

We are a Manchester-based civil engineering and utility services group, continuing our major expansion plans in 2022 targeting a strengthening of its workforce by up to 20%. Bethell, which has operated in the Northwest for over 150 years, has a significant number of framework contracts with the Utility sector, Local Authorities and key infrastructure clients. We are looking for a part time receptionist to work afternoons at our Head Office on a permanent basis. A candidate with a friendly personality who can engage with staff and visitors in equal measures. You will be able to assist with signing in visitors, directing telephone and email traffic to the relevant people and to help with everyday duties while being the welcoming face of Bethell.
Are you ready to make a change?
We want somebody with experience with front of house duties, along with a good telephone manner and accompanying IT skills including Microsoft packages, Outlook and internet. The role would be ideal for somebody with a service-based admin background.
