Part-time Receptionist/Admin Assistant
A well-established independent firm of Chartered Accountants providing business and personal accountancy services to clients in Scotland and the north of England require a part-time receptionist/admin assistant to provide assistance to the existing team.
What are we looking for?
· Must have experience of working within an office environment
· Must be proficient in the use of Office, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook
· Good telephone manner and communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
· A friendly and enthusiastic personality
What will you do?
· Welcome and assist clients
· Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
· General clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, typing and mailing
· Handle requests for information and data
· Compiling information from various external sources for use in other departments
· Maintain the reception area
Job Offer
· Salary negotiable depending on qualifications/experience and skillset
· The position is part-time (14 -17.5 hours per week; 2 full days minimum)
· Experience of working within an accountancy firm or similar would be beneficial
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 14-17.5 per week
Salary: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
