Job description
Due to ongoing business growth, we are recruiting for reliable and hard-working individuals to join our busy and friendly Post Room department.
This team is responsible for unpacking sample submissions and booking them into our system accurately, thereby ensuring that tests are forwarded to our laboratory departments promptly and results delivered to client practices as swiftly as possible.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Successful candidates will have to be enthusiastic, adaptable, process-driven, and eager to learn new skills as and when required. Fast and accurate data entry skills are essential, in addition to a keen eye for detail. Candidates should be methodical, efficient, and take an organised approach to all tasks. Must also have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to remain focused and calm under pressure.
Team members come from a variety of backgrounds and full training will be provided in all procedures.
WORKING HOURS, SALARY, AND BENEFITS
THIS IS A PART-TIME ROLE WORKING 30 HOURS PER WEEK, 05:00 TO 11:00, TUESDAY TO SATURDAY.
Starting hourly rate of £10.98 per hour (inclusive of unsociable hours working bonus) with additional level-based increases available following successful completion of probationary period and fulfilment of ongoing training.
