Job description

We are looking for a Marketing manager to work 3 days a week that can work directly with our founder and our client services team, to continue to elevate our well-established brand and ultimately help build our pipeline of new business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run the calendar of The Human Tech Agency’s eventsincluding our renowned Fable, Quench, roundtables & workshops for London and Bournemouth
• Write articles and blogs on the latest technologies such as Metaverse, Artificial Intelligence, Voice Technology & Chatbots
• Own the production of our quarterly agency guide “The Human Guide to Tech”
• Continue maintaining a constant marketing effort through email campaigns & social writing engaging and on brand copy, relevant to the audience
• Secure exciting speaking opportunities for the senior management team
• Have an active LinkedIn profile & maintain your reputation as a thought-leader within the industry
• Take full ownership over company awards to include our priority entries, submission and communication within the business
• Analyse Marketing performance to make constant and informed marketing improvements
• Regularly seek new ways to engage with external peers and establish The Human Tech Agency as a leader in our industry
• Design newsletters

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 4 years in a marketing position
• Excellent organisational skills with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Confidence when dealing with a variety of people at all levels
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good understanding and genuine interest in digital
• 100% reliable, highly responsive and able to instil confidence in the team
• Overall agency awareness particularly understanding that planning and attention to detail are key

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time

Salary: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
