The Cottage in the Wood is a 32 bedroom hotel and award winning restaurant with panoramic Cotswolds views. We are looking for someone who is confident, organised, good at problem solving and who LOVES people to join our growing reception team. Could that be you?

Working with the reception team your responsibilities will include (training will be provided):
- Being an ambassador for The Cottage in the Wood
- Taking reservations
- Check-ins & check-outs
- Taking payments
- Responding to guests’ questions and helping them in any way you can
- Answering calls and emails
- Keeping the reception area clean and tidy
- Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
- Making people HAPPY
- Minimum of 3 shifts per week
Reception shifts vary includes weekdays, weekends and public holiday (additional holiday allowance).
