Job Summary: As a Part-Time remote Executive Assistant, you will provide crucial support to our executive team, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. Your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks will be instrumental in maintaining effective communication, managing schedules, and supporting the leadership team in various administrative and operational tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting in key financial management tasks, including Google Ad payments, customer invoicing, finance disputes, inputting supplier invoices, and balancing payments. A working knowledge of Xero accounting software would be a bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
  • Assist with correspondence, emails, and other communication on behalf of executives.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as requested.
  • Handle financial management tasks, such as Google Ad payments, customer invoicing, finance disputes, inputting supplier invoices, and balancing payments.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and handle it with utmost discretion.
  • Help organise and coordinate company events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of Xero accounting software is a bonus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the education or language learning industry is a plus.

Work Schedule and Benefits:

  • This is a part-time position, working remotely, with approximately 20-25 hours per week, offering flexible scheduling options.
  • £13-15k per annum, dependent on experience, plus inclusion in monthly company-wide bonus scheme (pro-rata).
  • 18 days holiday per calendar year.
