JOB TITLE: PART-TIME DIGITAL SOCIAL MEDIA

Duties to Include:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing activities across various channels, including email campaigns, social media platforms, website content, and articles.
  • Create and publish engaging content on the company's social media pages and website.
  • Write and deploy effective email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms.
  • Maintain a consistent 'on brand' voice across all social media channels in line with our high standards.
  • Increase the company's digital marketing and social media audience by gaining followers and likes.
  • Monitor, report, and analyse the results of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Collaborate with the Director and external agencies/designers.
  • Support the company in organising and executing projects.
  • Handle administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of marketing activities.
  • Assist in creating promotional presentations and organising promotional events.
  • Craft marketing literature for company brochures and press releases.
  • Ensure brand consistency to enhance brand awareness in the market.
  • Research, plan, and implement employer branding and business development initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver content for the company's website and social media channels.
  • Take ownership of the e-marketing platform, establishing and sharing best practices.
  • Establish an internal network, champion the brand, and become a go-to resource for digital marketing and communications.

Key Requirements: Essential:

  • Experience is required in creating content on all social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • High-level experience required in creating videos, reels & posting using social media application systems.
  • An equivalent qualification in Marketing and or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective employer and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, online, telephone, and occasional face-to-face interactions.
  • Excellent proficiency in Hootsuite and professional Canva & and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity or experience with various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated initiative & problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Lightroom & Adobe.
  • Editing reels in social media systems or applications Capcut.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in similar positions such as Skin Care, Jewellery, Fashion, and design is desirable.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

Salary: £10.42 per hour
