We are a well-established and ambitious, family owned company specializing in delivering fresh fruit, milk and other produce to our corporate customers across London.
We are looking for a Part Time Customer Service Assistant to take care of our growing client base to ensure they are looked after and receive the highest level of customer care.
The key skills and personality we are looking for include:
- Bubbly personality.
- Manage Customer Emails in a timely manner
- Attention to detail and very thorough when following up customer queries.
- Build friendly but professional relationships with long standing customers.
- Take pride in providing awesome customer service and essentially make sure all customers are happy.
- Desire to work in a small team within a family owned, expanding London company.
- Must be confident in using computer systems.
THIS IS A WORK FROM HOME POSITION - HOWEVER APPLICANT MUST BE AVAILABLE TO ATTEND ONSITE TRAINING IN LONDON OFFICE.
Monday - Friday
1:30pm - 5:30pm
