Function: Customer Service
Reporting To: Customer Service Manager
Hours: 18.75 per week
Working pattern: Monday & Tuesday 09:00-17:00. Wednesday 09:00 – 12:45

The ideal Customer Service Agent will be passionate, enthusiastic, and hardworking with an eye for detail and a passion to deliver a great customer experience. The successful candidate will be solutions orientated, proactive and work well across functions.
What you will be doing:
· Supporting customers across e-commerce (web customers) to provide excellent customer service
· Resolving e-commerce queries through e-mail and phone to ensure smooth resolution of any issues.
· Responding to trust pilot comments to ensure customer concerns are fully resolved
· Work across multiple systems to ensure orders are processed and queries are logged and resolved.
· Working cross functionally to ensure we constantly work to improve the customer experience for both retailers and web customers.
· Updating process documentation to support training across the team
· Producing reporting updates to track performance and customer satisfaction
What we are looking for:
· 2+ years of office-basedcustomer service experience, ideally with knowledge of e-commerce
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills
· Strong customer service, query and complaint handling skills via phone/email/webchat
· The ability to manage and prioritise workload
· Ability to work cross functional to integrate business processes
· Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of tasks from inception to conclusion
· Experience of process improvements to improve service and optimise costs
· A highly organised, self-starter with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
· Resilience and problem-solving skills
· Strong Excel experience
