- Starting Salary: £22,250 per year (Prorated)
- Contract Hours: Choose between 12, 16, 20, 24 or 28 Hours
- Choose your own shifts between Monday to Friday 10-6:30pm in blocks of 4 or 8 hours (you must be able to work your contracted hours over a minimum of 3 days)
- You must be able to commit to 4 days full time training 26th-29th June 10-6:30pm, once training commences you will be able to choose your shifts
- Office-based in Coventry (CV1 2TE)

About the Role
Do you lead a busy lifestyle and need flexibility from your employer? AT Management offers you the option to join us as a Part Time Customer Service Advisor with the ability to book your own shifts! All we need from you is a minimum of 12-28 hours over a 3 day period per week between Monday to Friday 10-6:30pm. Start date 19 June 2023.
This is a permanent position offering an excellent basic salary, incentives and an amazing team culture in a fresh and modern contact centre with great benefits. We’ll provide you with full training to ensure you’ve got all the tools for success. You will be based at our Coventry Office (CV1 2TE) which is a 4-minute walk away from the Coventry Train Station.
After completing our comprehensive training programme, you will be able to:
- Book and reschedule customers appointments via telephone and deal with Customer queries
- Contact customers regarding their appointments
- Take ownership of each and every call to maximise opportunity whilst maintaining a positive customer experience
- Update databases with customer details
- Meet or exceed monthly call and quality performance goals
