Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Part-Time Weekend Correspondence Specialist. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service by managing and responding to client emails and correspondence that come in over the weekend and outside regular business hours, as well as monitoring our systems for any issues and escalating them as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to client emails and correspondence in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all inquiries are addressed and resolved promptly.
- Regularly check systems for proper functionality and notify clients if everything is running smoothly.
- Identify and escalate any system issues or concerns to the management team and assist in resolving problems as needed.
- Attend our company-wide meeting on Thursdays at 3 pm regularly, to stay updated on important information and contribute to team discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including noting any feedback or suggestions for improvement.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively, as this is a remote position.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in problem-solving.
- Proficiency in computer and internet navigation, as well as basic knowledge of office software programs.
- Flexible availability on weekends and some weekday hours, with the understanding that the role's primary focus is on weekend work.
- Attendance at the weekly company-wide meeting on Thursdays at 3 pm.
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate for this position will be able to cover 4 to 5 hours on both Saturdays and Sundays, with flexibility to split these hours throughout the day as needed. Additionally, weekday hours can be adjusted according to the workload, with the option to work in the evenings if required. This role offers the flexibility to accommodate various schedules while still ensuring exceptional client service and system monitoring.
