Our Care Assistants will provide a minimum of 1-hour visits per client, offering first and foremost great companionship, Fulfilling conversations and stable relationships. They will also provide support with preparing the clients desired meals, helping around the house, and personal care where needed.
Care Assistant Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our clients’ needs
- Professional approach and a passion to deliver the very best care.
- Cooking delicious healthy meals
- Support with using technology, such as iPad or computer etc.
- Compassion when dealing with more vulnerable people.
- Positive attitude and a good level of written and spoken English.
- A full driving licence and access to a car, as the nature of the role requires you to travel between client visits.
- Availability to work alternate weekends

To be a Care Assistant at Home Instead you do not need to have experience of working in Care, or qualifications. We will provide all the TRAINING you'll need to feel confident in supporting our wonderful clients.
