Part- time Boutique Assistant, New Bond Street (FTC until March 2024)

Boutique Assistant, New Bond Street
(FTC until March 2024, part-time - 3 days a week)
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will be responsible for the welcoming of clients, manages waiting time and ensure that they are being taken care of in the most efficient manner. You will also assist the Sales Associates during a sale and participates to daily boutique operations.
- Client Welcoming and Waiting Time Management
Welcoming
- Upholds the Cartier image by maintaining professional demeanor at all times
- Provides a consistent excellent client experience by providing the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
- Welcomes and greets the client upon arrival in the boutique and/or boutique area
- Thanks clients upon departure
Waiting Time Management
- Manages the waiting time using the app
- Directs the clients towards a waiting area and ensures that the client is being taken care of by a member of the Hospitality team (if relevant)
- Provides information and story-telling about the Maison and the boutique
- Makes a boutique discovery for all clients that wish to
Client Flow & Orientation
- Answers client questions and/or assesses clients’ needs in regards to orientation
- Directs the client to the appropriate department or representative
- Ensures the client flow is smooth within the boutique
- Sales Assistance
- Brings and returns pieces for the Sales Associates
- Assists discreetly with various tasks during a sale
- Coordinates between Sales Associates and Stock Executive/Cashier/Voituriers, etc.
- Gift wrapping and management of the packaging area
- Orders taxis
- Accompanies the clients to the door upon departure
- Assists with Care Service duties (bringing pieces, etc.) without handling with payments
- Boutique Environment
- Ensures the overall boutique environment is impeccable
- Is responsible for the music and the olfactory atmosphere of the boutique
- Ensures the windows and counters are in a perfect condition
- Daily Boutique Operations
- Respects all group, Maison and boutique policies, procedures and guidelines
- Participates to inventories
- Participates to price labeling
- Participates to the set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique
- Participates to the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines
- Orders boutique facilities (bags, drinks, edition material, office facilities, etc.)
