Job description
We are looking for an experienced, organised book keeper for immediate start on a part time basis 6 hours per week but we are flexible.
Job description:
· Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts – entering data into accounting software (Sage Cloud accounting) and filing hard copies
· Preparing vendor invoices for paying
· Verifying accuracy of business accounts and bank reconciliation.
· Recording inconsistencies and reconciling inaccuracies.
· Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheet.
· Assist in preparation of VAT returns
· Assist in preparation of year end accounts for filing
· General upkeep of office
· Assisting MD

This is a HYBRID role so you must be able to attend on site in Birmingham
Previous experience with Sage Cloud Accounting is essential
