Villaverde is an Italian luxury lighting company, our London showroom / office is based on Kings Road, London SW6.
We sell our lighting worldwide and are looking to hire a part time Book Keeper / administration / clerical assistant to work 4/5 hours per week on site at a rate of £10 to £15 per hour. The 4/5 hours per week can be worked from Monday to Saturday.
Must be qualified on Xero, advanced Excel skills, Mac experience would be beneficial.
( Two to three years of relevant experience would be preferable )
Reporting to the Company CEO and London Retail Director, working closely with the London team and the Italian office as required. Italian language would be advantageous in dealing with our Italian office.
Responsibilities for the Role Include:
- Book keeping - Invoicing on Xero
- Bank reconciliation - daily / weekly / monthly
- Company HRMC VAT preparation - payments
- Company bill payments
- Email duties
- Telephone duties
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Part time Admin Position - 4/5 hrs per week (16 to 20 hours per week)
Salary: £10.00 to £15.00 per hour
Experience:
