As a Tiffany & Co. Ambassador you will pride yourself on delivering the highest level of client experience. You will often be the first person to greet our clients, in doing so you will exhibit an approachable, proactive, and enthusiastic demeanour. As a Tiffany & Co. Ambassador you will partner with Sales Professionals in hosting their clients, supporting rapport building towards lasting relationships. You will deliver brand and product knowledge and delight clients with your personable approach, and support the maximization of sales through superior client service and sales/operational support. As an Ambassador, you will greet our clients and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will also be responsible for directing customers to specific merchandise on the selling floor and providing general product information and service offerings.

We are seeking full-time applicants with exceptional client service and strong communication skills. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. The ability to work as part of a team and take direction from multiple people is necessary. Successful candidates will be personable, dependable, flexible and responsible. This position requires that you are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

As an Ambassador you will be the first smiling face our clients see when they enter the boutique. It is your role to welcome and ensure the client is able to find exactly what they are looking for. You will give advice on suitable gifts, directions within the store and most importantly ensure clients are served in a timely, orderly manner.

You will be a friendly, confident person and you will have the ability to instantly brighten someone’s day and make them feel special and welcome.

Qualifications

To be successful with this position you will meet these key criteria:

Previous concierge or client service experience ideally within a hospitality or retail background
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
Strong presence with a confident and energetic character
Experience going above and beyond for clients and meeting their needs quickly
Exceptional presentation standards
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Willingness to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and holidays
