About The Role
Are you looking for a role as a Part Time Administrator? we have an exciting opportunity to join the team at Care at Home Bournemouth on a Part Time basis working up to 20 hours per week, over 3 days.
This Part Time Administration role will support our community-based Care Assistants to support clients with a variety of needs within their own homes allowing them to remain independent.

Key duties for our Part Time Administrator include:
- Assisting with the admin of all clients’ records and staff HR files.
- Administration support including handling post and email enquiries to the service
- Dealing with telephone calls, taking messages, and taking any appropriate action
- Drafting various letters and contacting suppliers regarding quotes/deliveries for the service
- Providing invoices to Operations for payment and recording payments
- Reception duties - greeting visitors to the service
Key Requirements for the Part Time Administrator:
- Prior experience in an administration / reception role
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Excel and Word to an intermediate level
- Well organised and with the ability to prioritise
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone manner
