Carbon60 are looking for a Part Time Administrator to join the sales team of a large engineering company based in Derby. This position is on a Temporary contract will run up until Christmas. The is a chance it could progress longer how ever it will depend on the work the company have going on.
This Part Time Administrator position is a great opportunity for someone who has children or other commitments as the standard working hours are Monday - Friday 09:00am - 3:00pm.
Duties include:
- Speaking with suppliers
- Using internal systems
- Booking in stock coming in (will take around 30 minutes a day)
- Processing orders
- Tagging orders for dispatch.
Person Specifications:
- Good IT Skills
- Previous Administration experience
This Derby based position will involve working in a small sales team carrying out relevant administration duties.
