Role Summary:
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will contribute to various administrative functions that help streamline our operations. Your role will involve data entry of inbound leads and assigning these leads to the sales team, providing excellent customer service, supporting financial tasks, assisting in diverse administrative areas, aiding in onboarding new staff, and coordinating company events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize inbound leads to assist the sales team.
- Answer and route inbound calls.
- Support financial tasks, including reconciliation and data entry.
- Assist in various administrative functions and data management.
- Play a role in onboarding new team members, facilitating resource allocation and coordination.
- Help organize company events, ensuring smooth logistics and employee satisfaction.
- Assist in cross-referencing invoices and managing hardware requests.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in common office software.
- Adaptability and multitasking capabilities.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Previous administrative or support experience is beneficial.
