Description
We're looking for a Part Time Warehouse Administrator who is looking for progression in their career.
- Managing the despatch of online orders across the brands
- Maintaining Stock accuracy and co-ordinate random stock checks
- KPI Monitoring
- Bank Reconciliation
- Purchase Ledger
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Constantly looking for areas of improvement in processes of the business
The successful candidate will work the following shift pattern:
2-3x days Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm with 30 minute lunchbreak
1x day on a weekend
Do we want to add ‘flexible’ for potential return to work mums (or dads!!)
Profile:
The ideal candidate will already be a versatile administrator and have the following experience:
- Have previously worked in a Warehouse environment (preferable)
- Have people management experience (preferable)
- Be open to Continuous Improvement and Change Management ideas
- Be enthusiastic and flexible within the job role
- Be commutable to Manchester
