To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
- Previous clinical education experience.
- Experience assessing vocational achievement and competence in the workplace.
- Hold a recognised Paramedicine qualification.
- Have an active registration with the HCPC.
- You’ll be tech-savvy and comfortable utilising e-portfolio systems.
- Excellent communicator, achieving success in every interaction.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Assessors Award - A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent.
- Teaching Qualification - AET, PGCE or equivalent.
- Full UK Driving Licence, with access to your own vehicle and the flexibility to travel as required.
The ideal candidate will be conscientious with their work, taking responsibility and accountability for its delivery and quality.
Within this position, you’ll be:
- Delivering nationally recognised pre-hospital qualifications.
- Designing and creating engaging learning programmes that meet the qualification specification.
- Providing insightful, constructive, and informative feedback to learners, helping them achieve their qualifications.
- Providing coaching support and guidance, maximising learners' potential.
- Ensuring your training equipment and resources are managed efficiently and effectively.
- Marking learners' work and giving feedback that provides “stretch and challenge”.
- Proactively monitoring, evaluating, and driving improvement in the quality and effectiveness of your caseload.
What’s on offer:
A progressive salary of up to £45,000.
Working days are 5/7.
An opportunity to work towards Level 4 (IQA) Internal Quality Assurance qualification.
