We are seeking a Paralegal to join our Newcastle team. You will assist and support in managing a diverse caseload of professional misconduct cases.

The role
- You will be expected to assist the team in obtaining witness statements and testimonials as well as undertaking legal research.
- You'll be engaging with clients, trade unions, counsel, and regulatory bodies.
- You'll also need to make appropriate decisions that require the exercise of judgment, all subject to supervision.
- You may also be required to manage a small and appropriate caseload.
Experience Required
- The role demands excellent prioritisation skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A capacity for empathy and understanding is crucial, as we aim to provide professional legal services with a personal touch.
- Ideally you will have experience in a Legal environment.
- Being a team player is key. You should be enthusiastic about engaging in marketing and business development opportunities.
- Specific Regulatory experience is not required as full training will be provided.
