Applications are invited from candidates who have a full or trainee membership of CILEX (Chartered Institute of Legal Executives) or the National Association of Licensed Paralegals (NALP) or similar and equivalent qualification from another jurisdiction with the relevant conversion to the UK. The job profile has full details.
You will be required to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the law and procedures relating either to Civil Litigation and debt recovery and/or Local Authority prosecutions. This includes supporting the departments lawyers as well as managing casework on matters relating to the Council civil litigation and debt recovery work.
