We are a full service firm - for private clients we are renowned for family law, residential property, tax planning, trusts, wealth management and wills and probate. For business clients we have teams dealing with the full range of corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution, employment and commercial property.
Job Description:
TWM Solicitors LLP is looking for a full-time Paralegal to join the Family Law team in our Guildford office on a 6 to 12 month contract to assist with the team's focus of providing the best possible service to our clients.
Our focus is on providing outstanding client service, through expert, clear advice and assistance on family law matters, delivered in a professional and engaged way that leads to high levels of client satisfaction. We work together at all levels of our team to create a supportive and pro-active environment to achieve this.
Key tasks and quality standards
- Understands and contributes to the team's core commitment to client service.
- Assists with matter creation, progression and closure via the firm's case management and practice management systems. This will include data entry, preparing correspondence and preparing documents.
- Reflects and maintains the team's commitment to high levels of attention to detail, quality and accuracy in our work.
- Assists clients and liaises with third parties in person, on the phone and via correspondence in a manner which demonstrates our commitment to client service, professionalism and courteousness.
- Assist generally with the continued efficient and effective service levels of the team.
- Assists the team and the Family Law department generally as and when required.
- Undertakes any specific training when required to do so and has a pro-active approach to professional development.

Qualifications:
- Law graduate or Associate of the Institute of Paralegals.

Desirable skills and abilities
- Prior knowledge of Family Law
- Prior knowledge of Practice Evolve or other practice management systems
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6-12 months
Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
