Job description
We are seeking a candidate to join our busy corporate team in Southampton.
The role will include a mixture of working as part of our company secretarial team (which works on industry standard software to manage over 500 companies on a daily basis) and assisting the wider corporate team with transactional work. It will include corresponding with Companies House and other agencies, as well as liaising with internal and external clients, so excellent communication skills are required. The candidate will also have proven attention to detail and organisational skills, as well as a proactive, dynamic attitude to work. Excellent time management will be necessary to deal with a variable workload encompassing many different tasks. The candidate must be able to operate independently at times but predominantly as part of a team to enhance the potential of the unit.
The nature of the work will require an understanding of corporate and company secretarial work, with experience in these areas preferable. A law degree and/or ICSA accredited company secretarial qualification is desirable although not essential.
