As an experienced paralegal, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to our International Employment Legal team, which is an integral part of the Wells Fargo Legal Department. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of employment law support, including collaborating across different time zones, project management, and billing.

In this role, you will:
- Provision of paralegal support on a broad range of matters handled by to the International Employment law team including providing assistance on HR and ER enquiries, litigation, threats, and other disputes.
- Providing support on billing, reporting and other related functions.
- Assistance in managing transactions and projects and helping to achieve successful closing/delivery of the International Employment team objectives.
- Researching legal matters that arise within the International region.
- Drafting communications and assisting with the drafting of legal documentation.
- Reviewing legal documents and associated correspondence.
- Providing administrative support to the team, including organisation of meetings, taking notes of calls/meetings and recording processes.
- Collaborate and consult with Legal Department staff, outside counsel, HR and line of business.
- Hold an academic qualification in English law or other common law jurisdiction (LLB, LLM, FEI, LPC, Post-Graduate Diploma in Law etc.) or able to demonstrate sound technical knowledge of relevant subjects.
- Prior paralegal/employment experience with a law firm or financial services organisation preferred, though other relevant experience will be considered.
- Be highly motivated, have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a broader team.
- Have a mature, flexible, proactive and creative approach to their work.
- Ideally some project management experience.
- Willingness to work across time-zones on international projects.
- Wells Fargo operates a Hybrid working model combining office and home working. The requirement is a minimum of 3 days in the office.
