Paralegal
The Dental Law Partnership Limited are a Nationwide Dental Claims Specialists, who represent the majority of dental negligence claim brought in England and Wales.
As a Legal 500 firm, we are Market Leaders in our field with over 22 years' experience.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our well established Disclosure Team as a Paralegal, with the possibility of a Training Contract adter a 6-12 month probationary period in the Paralegal role.
As a Paralegal, after an initial training period, you will assist in dealing with new enquiries and the completion of initial funding investigations. You will also be responsible for obtaining copy records and preparing files for expert assessment.
We are seeking to recruit an individual who possesses excellent communication skills, is organised and is looking to work as part of a team whilst development their paralegal career.
If you are successful in subsequently being awarded a Training Contract, you will run a full caseload of legal files to conclusion, with close supervision and support.
Personal Specification
- A genuine interest in Clinical Negligence / Civil Litigation work with the desire to learn and develop your skills and expertise;
- A good eye for detail, overall high work standards;
- Good time management skills and the ability to organise;
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team;
- Either relevant work experience in a legal environment, or, a Law Degree would be desirable.
Normal office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm and we are able to offer some flexibility in these daily working hours.
