Summary
The legal team, with lawyers in London, Spain, Italy, Greece, Poland, Portugal, the US, Brazil and Australia, provides support across all the units of the business and all jurisdictions.
You will work as part of a busy in-house team primarily focusing on corporate, commercial, intellectual property (such as trade marks) and company secretarial work, but also with opportunities to support the wider Legal team units, including M&A, finance, construction, projects and property law. We encourage a high level of responsibility and you will be given the opportunity to gain hands on experience to become involved in other areas of law where business needs arise.
General Skills
Interest in corporate, commercial, intellectual property and company secretarial work.
Interest in solar and renewable energy.
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Commercial awareness and business acumen.
Ambition to learn and progress with the entrepreneurial spirit of the company and in-house team of experts whilst developing your own legal skills.
Experience
Minimum one year of previous experience as a Paralegal or similar role in an office setting (ideally at a leading international / mid to top tier firm or in an in-house setting).
Excellent academic record including a qualifying Law degree, Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) or other similar / alternative qualification .
Completion of or current enrolment in the legal practice course (LPC) or other similar / alternative qualification.
