This modern, boutique Property firm are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their City of London office.
You will have a unique opportunity to support some of the best Residential Property Partners in London, with great progression prospects. You will gain experience in client exposure, which will put you ahead of the curve and help springboard your career to the next level.

This firm is headed up by two industry heavy weights. They launched the firm a few years ago and, in this time, have built a substantial practice, counting household names & HNW individuals among their client base. They have a vast referral network that sees them generate substantial amounts of high-quality property work.
They have tripled in size in the last year and do not show any signs of slowing down. Since starting, they are now on almost 50 panels and have relationships with the largest mortgage brokers in the City.

The Role
The firm are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Paralegal to join the team in the City of London.
The firm ensures fee earners only have manageable caseloads and charge well for the work they do. You will support the Residential Conveyancing team with their caseload and will be at the forefront of this department.
You will work alongside two industry-leading Partners, dealing with an excellent quality of work for an affluent client base of purchases, sales, lettings, and financing of residential property for high net worth individuals, investors and developers.

Requirements:
- You will be a Conveyancing Paralegal with a minimum of 1 years conveyancing experience
- You will be an ambitious, dynamic individual who is keen to learn and develop
