What you will be doing...
As our new Paralegal/Legal Claims Executive, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You’ll process and handle Jet2holidays legal claims including; injury, illness and direct customer complaints.

Your part in the journey:
- You’ll review and assess legal claims or serious customer complaints and liaise with internal departments and third-party suppliers to fully investigate all the points raised
- You’ll review advice received from external lawyers, assessing contents to include merits and risks of the strategy
- You’ll work closely with hoteliers, local agents and contractors to ensure that all claims are mitigated by assisting with the reclaiming of substantial contributions from the hoteliers or their insurers
What you’ll need for take-off:
- You’ll be a recent law graduate with a 2:1 or above
- Ideally, you’ll have some knowledge of Package Travel Regulations
- You’ll have knowledge of claims handling process
