About Immersive Gamebox:
Immersive Gamebox is on a mission to bring people together through shared play, making screen time social again. We’ve created an immersive team challenge, which takes place in interactive Gameboxes, where players work together to win. The Gameboxes feature a range of technologies including projection mapping, touch screens, motion tracking and surround sound to deliver a fun and immersive experience with no need for headsets. We launched at the end of 2019 in London, and now have units across the US + the UK (with more being added every month)! People of all ages have visited and have loved the experience.

Role:
This role will play an integral part of the legal team at IGB. They will be responsible for:
- managing all legal administration
- preparing legal documents for both the UK & US markets
- ensuring our legal files are up to date and compliant.
This role will monitor changes to government regulations and provide guidance to IGB.
Requirements
The Experience:
- Managing Commercial legal contracts, documents and other compliance
- Negotiating structured documents e.g. leases, Commercial contracts
- Business understanding to link Legal requirements with commercial needs of the business
- Part-qualified or training lawyer (LLB, LPC)
- Experience with US compliance and alcohol licensing a plus
The Traits:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; organised and attentive to detail; Previous paralegal/ administrator experience a plus
- Team player who is able to understand their role in the organisation, and that tensions are designed-in between Legal + Compliance functions and other functions
- Flexible and ready-to-work,
- Enthusiastic with a proactive personality and ‘can do’ approach
- Able to solve problems and resolve conflict solo, but also know when to escalate issues
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- In-house experience a plus; past experience in the tech industry is a plus
